We use Skynet as our Shipping Courier within the UAE. Delivery charges in Dubai start from 25AED and varies according to your location in the UAE.
Once an order has been placed, you have 24hrs to notify us of any changes,amendments or cancellations. Our team will send you an email to confirm your order. Once you have received a Fulfillment email, this means that you’re order has already been prepared and sent off. You can expect a Tracking number within 8 hrs once you’ve received the Fulfillment email. If you have not received a Tracking number within 8 hrs please email us back with your order number and we will get back to you with your designated Tracking number.
We aim to get your items delivered to you within 3-7days the latest, depending on your location within the UAE.
Orders placed after 5:00PM will be sent the following day.
Skynet does not deliver on Fridays or on public holidays.
If you’ve placed an order on Thursday after 2:00PM, your package will be sent off to Skynet on Saturday.
If you’ve placed an order on Friday, it will be sent off the following day.

We are currently not taking any International Orders. Therefore, orders placed outside the UAE will not be fulfilled.
There are certain remote areas of Sharjah, Al Ain and Abu Dhabi that Skynet does not deliver too. Our team will email or call you personally if we are unable to deliver to you directly.
We can however get your packages sent off to the main Skynet branches in your city where you can pick up your items, if delivery is unavailable directly.
We do not ship to P.O Boxes. We require a physical address in order to send your packages off.
Freezone areas require more documentation and security when sending non-document items. Therefore, we request that you use your home address instead to avoid unnecessary delays.
By failing to provide us with an accurate delivery address such as: street # – Villa/Apartment # -area name – possible nearby landmark – a direct working contact number, your order will remain pending until we are able to get the information required and this will delay the package from getting to you at the desired time.
Ezeenah does not take any liability or responsibility for delays when delivery addresses are unclear or inaccurate.
We aim at providing you with great service at a timely manner. The Ezeenah team will always contact you via email or phone call to confirm your delivery and order details. Lack of communication from your end will also delay your packages getting to you on time.
Non response to phone calls or emails will stop us from sending your order across and deemed fraudulent. If you have cancelled your order with us without notification by email, we have every right to refuse delivery of any new orders you make until we get a verbal or email confirmation on your end.
If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange on all products returned to us within ten days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition.
